Cancellation/Refund Policy
Due to the nature of our products, we do not currently accept returns or exchanges on any items.
Damaged Goods
Accidents happen, if an item arrives broken or damaged we will be happy to assist you. Please note we will require a photo of the damage including an image of how it arrived.
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us via email at info@sprucedit.com with a picture of your item, item number, and tracking number. We will happily replace any damaged or defective items provided they are reported within 48 hours of order delivery.
ONCE YOUR ORDER HAS BEEN DELIVERED TO THE DELIVERY SERVICE, ATL MESSENGER, LLC IS NO LONGER RESPONSIBLE FOR YOUR PRODUCTS.

Items lost or damaged during transit is not our responsibility. If your item was lost or damaged due to poor handling of the delivery service please contact the delivery service using the links below to file a claim directly.

2. Customer Responsibility: When creating a custom product, it is essential to follow the instructions provided by our knowledgeable hosts. We take pride in offering detailed guidance to ensure a satisfactory outcome. However, in the event that a customer creates a product they are not satisfied with, it is considered their own responsibility. The Skintimacy Bar cannot be held liable for any dissatisfaction resulting from personal choices made during the creation process.

ADDRESS CHANGES
All SprucedBabe's are responsible for ensuring we have the correct shipping address to successfully process your order. When placing your order, be sure to enter your complete, correct address, including your apartment number, suite number, &/or unit number.
We do not recommend using PO Box shipping addresses due to potential restrictions from the shipping company.
If you need to update your shipping address, email info@sprucedit.com immediately. Address changes are not guaranteed.
If your order has shipped prior to your address being updated, it is your (the customers) responsibility to contact the shipping carrier to update it in their system in order to reroute the package.
If an order is returned to us due to "Invalid Shipping Address", you (the customer) will be responsible for the cost of shipping to resend it.
PROCESSING TIME
Due to the extreme freshness of our products our current processing time ranges between 7 - 14 business days.
Business Days: Monday -Friday
Any orders placed after 4PM EST will rollover to the next day for processing.
We curate all of our skincare products in small batches to ensure the most superior quality is delivered each & every time!
Our processing time DOES NOT include the time it takes for the delivery service to deliver the items to your door.
SHIPPING
All orders are processed and shipped within 7-14 business days.
Delays may occur due to the COVID-19 Pandemic.
Once your order is prepared for shipment, you will receive a tracking number. Please allow up to 72 hours for your tracking information to populate in the couriers system.
If your order is placed, and you did not receive an order confirmation email please be sure to check your spam & junk folders as sometimes these emails get lost in the sauce!
