SHIPPING

Orders for items that  are in stock will be processed and shipped within 5-7 business days. Business days do NOT include Holidays, Saturday or Sunday. If an item is out of stock /back ordered, we will ship the item once restocked. All orders will be shipped via USPS unless otherwise specified with one of our care specialists.

 

UNITED STATES SHIPPING

After departing from our Facility, USPS packages generally deliver within 2-5 business days, depending on your location and preferred shipping method. When your order is processed and shipped, you will receive a notification via email with your package(s) tracking number. 

 

 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

After departing from our Facility, USPS packages generally deliver within 10-15  business days, depending on your location and preferred shipping method. When your order is processed and shipped, you will receive a notification via email with your package(s) tracking number. 

 

 

RETURN POLICY

All Spruced products are natural & made fresh, as a result, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges after an order has been processed. We do this to ensure the freshness and potency of our products and to help us to keep costs low in order to continually deliver superior quality, natural cosmetics, at a reasonable price. 
All shipping charges are NON- REFUNDABLE, unless there is an error on our behalf.

 

DAMAGED SHIPMENTS 

 

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us using the "Contact me" page or send us an email to Getspruced@sprucedmeup.com with a picture of your item, item number, and tracking number . We will happily replace Any damaged items provided they are reported within 48 hours of order delivery.
